Financial Reports - Which Ones & Who Should We Share Them With

There are several keys to running any successful organization but mainly include honesty, transparency and visibility. More specifically, as ECE leaders, we want to know what's coming so we can be ready to tackle any challenge. Well, good news is, most CCMS have reports that are ready to go! Now the question is: who should see them? Why should I share them with others in my organization? Well, the truth is, building trust and accountability takes a leap of faith.
